1. Fundamental Service Boundary
Amanose operates exclusively as an autonomous meta-search indices aggregator. We do not lease, run, staff, or hold physical contracts over any hotel, resort, apartment, or transit entity listed inside our user interfaces.
2. API Accuracy, Latency & Live Pricing Discrepancies
While we run dedicated proxy systems surveying validated KAYAK/HAPI API instances natively every millisecond, dynamic travel rates scale based on real-time availability. Therefore:
- No Inventory Lock Guarantee: Rates displayed on our results matrix are live caching estimations. The absolute base value is finalized only when you land upon the provider's active terminal.
- Tax Estimation Approximations: Multi-rate outputs include calculated baseline taxes. However, certain micro-municipalities implement bespoke local city resort fees paid exclusively at the physical hotel reception desk.
- Third-Party Rate Outliers: Occasionally, providers stream stale cache bundles resulting in brief index parity mismatches. We provide instant Fallback Injectors to resolve dead links smoothly, but hold zero fiscal liability for provider rate adjustments.
3. Interception & Scraping Restrictions
To maintain sub-second multi-market responsiveness for legitimate consumer requests, automated exploitation of our infrastructure pipelines is strictly forbidden. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Execute mass automated headless web-scraping sweeps against our JSON payload endpoints (`/api/hapi/*`).
- Reverse-engineer or bypass signature headers mapping verified KAYAK autocomplete location tokens.
- Artificially overload backend network nodes with continuous phantom query traffic intended to degrade comparison throughput.
4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Brand Assets
All proprietary layout designs, dynamic filter token structures, custom histogram styling maps, and Amanose logos are protected corporate properties. Conversely, external hotel trademarks, partner brand icons (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda), and room imagery streamed via JSON feeds remain the sovereign licensed property of their respective originating providers.
5. Complete Indemnification Clause
By initiating queries upon Amanose interfaces, you waive all rights to litigate, penalize, or hold Amanose LLC liable for indirect, punitive, secondary, or physical damages resulting from third-party cancellations, fraudulent listing behaviors originating at third-party OTA URLs, personal transit delays, or local accommodation unfulfillment issues.
